Montgomery's Patented Carpet Groom attaches to the axle of the pile lifter.The devise then accepts 2" vaccum hose from the truckmount unit. Hook up the water hose, turn it on and you are up and running. The best pile lifter is the outside mounted engine with a steel axel. Some pile lifters may not accept the Groomer.
